Opening an Account
To open a new account, the owner or tenant of the property must have a completed water application,
a driver's license or state identification, a copy of the lease agreement or closing settlement
statement, and place a security deposit.

Fees to open an account [within City Limits]
- Single Family Homes
- $100.00 deposit, plus a $10.00 open account fee for new accounts.
- Mobile Homes
- $100.00 deposit, plus a $10.00 open account fee for new accounts.
- Commercial / Multi Family
- Deposit dependent on meter size, plus a $10.00 open account fee for new accounts.

Please Note:

There is no additional charge for sewer consumption over 10,000 gallons of metered water per dwelling per month for single family
residential properties.

The City does not charge late fees or interest therefore it is imperative to pay amounts due in a timely manner to avoid disruption of service.

Customers who receive water/sewer service and whose property is located outside the corporate limits of the City of Coconut
Creek shall be charged a twenty-five percent (25%) surcharge, as provided for by Florida Statutes 180.191, over and above the charges
listed above.

The rate structure is designed to promote water conservation.

Stormwater fee per residential unit is $ 3.22 per month.

To open a commercial account, a Mobile Home Park with a Master Meter, or a multi-family account,
please contact Customer Service at (954) 973-6732. Water and sewer deposits are held until the
account is closed and will be applied to the final bill.
