
The Fitness Center provides over 3,000 square feet of fitness facility, with equipment including: cardiovascular equipment,
strength equipment and free weights. The Aerobics Studio is 1,500 square feet equipped with wood floors. You must be 15
or older to use the Fitness Center.
Fitness assessments are free to 12-month members. Fitness assessment fees for3- and 6-month members are: Resident:
$15.00; Non-resident: $25.00; Corporate: $20.00

Programs & Activities
The Recreation Complex offers a variety of recreational activities and events
and athletic programs for all ages from under 1 year to senior citizens. These
classes include kindergym, art, science, basketball, pee wee programs, classes
that explore and encourage creativity, and special needs.

Party Programmers
|
Let our recreational programmers plan your child’s next birthday event at the
Community Center, Rowe Center or Recreation Complex.
- Parties are available for children ages 2 to 12 on Saturdays.
- There are two times from which to choose:
- 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- The cost is $175 for residents and $200 for non-residents.
- Space limited to 20 children and based on availability.
- You provide all party supplies, food, refreshments, favors.
- Two Themes:
- Younger children (2 to 5) will have a toy themed party with staff led activities.
- Older children (6 to 12) will have sport themed party with staff led activities.
- Both themes allow for 2 hours inside the building with table and chairs provided.

Healthways
Healthways is a fitness benefit for eligible members to enjoy a basic membership. The program
allows insurance members to be identified by their insurance cards, which are presented upon
membership enrollment at participating fitness centers. Visit the South Fitness Center at
Community Center or North Fitness Center at Recreation Complex to find out if you qualify.

SilverSneakers provides a basic fitness membership funded by your health plan. To qualify,
you must be a Medicare-eligible member of a health plan that offers the SilverSneakers
