Foreclosure Prevention Resources

Below you will find several foreclosure prevention resources and links to helpful websites. The most important thing you can do is to contact your lender early - waiting until late in the foreclosure process to make initial contact will limit your options.

Fair Housing

2015 Fair Housing Survey - The City of Coconut Creek is conducting a study concerning fair housing known as the Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing (AI) to be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The goal of the study is to assess whether barriers to fair housing choice and equal opportunity exist within the City in the rental and real estate markets.
