Youth Flag Football League

7 on 7 youth flag football league for ages 5 to 17 (age as of October 15, 2022 or grade as of September 1, 2022).

  • Jersey, shorts, and mouthpiece provided
  • 10 games plus playoffs

•  Age divisions:

  • Ages 5 to 6 (6U division, instructional)
  • Ages 7 to 8 (8U division)
  • Ages 9 to 10 (10U division)
  • Middle school division
  • High school division

•  Player evaluations/drafts held the week of July 18th; practices start the week of July 25th; games start August 20th; championship scheduled for October

  • Division-specific dates and times for evaluations/drafts will be communicated at registration
  • Practice days and times to be determined by coaches, will be communicated after teams are formed, and are subject to change based on weather and availability

•  Game days per division (subject to change based on weather and availability):

  • 6U – Fridays and Mondays
  • 8U and 10U – Thursdays and Saturdays
  • Middle school and high school – Tuesdays and Saturdays
  • Games rescheduled due to weather will be determined by availability

•  $110 for Coconut Creek residents; $160 for non-residents

  • The following items must be provided to qualify as a Coconut Creek resident
  • State-issued driver’s license or valid passport as identification
  • One of the following as proof of residency - valid voter registration card, water bill, cable bill, or electric bill (bills to be no more than 2 months from date of submission)

•  Practices and games held at George S. Gerber Memorial Park, 4715 NW 30th Street, and Sabal Pines Park, 5005 NW 39th Avenue

•  Volunteer coaches needed

•  Registration Details:

  • Registration open May 1st through June 30th or until full
  • Walk-in registration accepted at the Community Center, 1100 Lyons Road, or at the Recreation Complex, 4455 Sol Press  Boulevard
  • In order that a participant’s age and legal guardianship be visually verified, a copy of their birth certificate may be required to be brought to either walk-in location
  • Online registration available at www.coconutcreek.net/webtrac
  • You must have a WebTrac account prior to registering online
