Butterfly Express Trolley Route

Hours of Operation:

  • Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM to 7:20 PM
  • Saturday - 8:30 AM to 4:20 PM
  • No service Sunday or Holidays*

The City of Coconut Creek offers free trolley service along Lyons Road from Windmill Park to NW 74 Street. View stops near major points of interest along Lyons Road.

The City of Coconut Creek Bus Service is dedicated in providing balanced access to services and we want to make sure that no person is excluded from participation in or is denied the benefits of Community Bus Services on the basis of race, color, or national origin, consistent with Title VI of the Civil Rights Acts of 1964, as amended.

Community Bus Routes

Hours of Operation:

  • South Route
    Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM to 6:02 PM
  • North Route
    Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM

  • No service on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays*

The City operates two free community bus routes, which allows passengers to shop, visit, and travel within the Coconut Creek area. Use the Community Bus to connect with other bus services such as Broward County Transit or to merely enjoy all that Coconut Creek has to offer! The bus features air conditioning, wheelchair accessibility, ADA compliance and bike racks.

The N Route (North)

Services Coconut Creek from Sample Road north to Hillsboro Boulevard serving locations such as Lakeside Park, the Recreation Complex, and Seminole Casino.  The route passes by several schools, including Monarch High and Lyons Creek Middle. Also provides doorside service to the Walmart on Hillsboro Boulevard and the Publix at Winston Park. Connects with BCT's 19, 31, 48, and Margate’s Inner-City Transit. Transfer to the "S" route for additional travel opportunities at Sample and NW 42nd avenue and the Casino.

The S Route (South)

Services Coconut Creek from South Creek north to Sample Road. A great shopping route for Township, Centura Park and South Creek residents. Route passes by the Festival Marketplace, Coconut Creek Community Center, Coconut Creek Parkway Publix and several shopping plazas. Also serves Broward College (Library), Atlantic Technical College and the Government Center. Passengers can connect with BCT's 19, 31, 34, 60, 83, Margate Inner-City Transit and Tri-rail. Connects with the "N" route at Sample Road and NW 42nd avenue and the Casino.
