Overview of e-Plan

e-Plan is an electronic service for projects requiring plan review and is a major step toward streamlining the Planning Division's review process. This service saves time and money during the approval process by submitting electronically, directly from your computer when it is most convenient for you. Staff reviews and responds electronically to submittals, reducing paper waste. e-Plan reduces review times, reduces costs, improves energy efficiency through a greener business process, and creates a high level of communication with the City during the development review process. Contact Staff to request applications checklist and to set up the Pre-DRC meeting before formal e-Plan submittal.

Reading and following these instructions will make the e-Plan process more efficient. We have developed a specific process for uploading documents to the e-Plan review which is outlined in the documentation below. It is the applicants responsibility to read and follow these guidelines. Failure to do so will result in a rejected application.
